Send a short video of the fault and we take it from there — no need to ship the unit back first.
Shipping & delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+8) on a working day are dispatched the same day from the warehouse nearest to you. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Returns & refunds
Change your mind for any reason within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. We email a prepaid return label, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to argue about. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel arriving back with us.
- · Products must include original accessories and packaging where possible.
- · Hygiene-sealed beauty devices must have the seal intact.
- · Faulty items outside 30 days are handled under the warranty instead.
2-year warranty, handled without friction
Every FIYIBAN device carries a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery degradation below 80 % capacity and charging faults. If something goes wrong we replace the unit rather than sending you into a repair loop.
How you can pay
Checkout runs over TLS with tokenised card data — we never see or store your card number. Local currency pricing is available on request for trade customers.
